snapID is een identiteitsverificatie- en KYC/AML-bedrijf van de nieuwe generatie. Ons platform combineert AI-gedreven verificatie, documentintelligentie, liveness-detectie, gezichtsmatching, AML-screening en geautomatiseerde compliance-workflows in één stack die bedrijven in hun eigen product integreren.

We werken remote-first, met Amsterdam als thuisbasis. We nemen mensen aan die eigenaarschap pakken, liever bouwen dan vergaderen, en nieuwsgierig zijn naar wat AI écht kan betekenen voor identiteit en compliance. AI Platform Engineer (f/m/d)Amsterdam / Remote · Engineering

Build the infrastructure behind the future of digital identity.

As an AI Platform Engineer you work at the intersection of software engineering, cloud infrastructure, AI, data and integrations. You design and build the systems that connect snapID's verification services with customer platforms, third-party providers and our internal stack. This is a hands-on role with significant ownership over how we build, deploy and operate snapID.

What you'll do

  • Design and build scalable integrations between snapID and customer systems, SaaS platforms and third-party services
  • Develop and maintain APIs, webhooks and event-driven integrations for verification and compliance workflows
  • Build AI-powered workflows using LLMs, AI services and intelligent automation
  • Develop backend services and middleware in Node.js, Python or similar
  • Build CI/CD pipelines and provision cloud infrastructure as code, primarily with Terraform
  • Integrate identity, document, biometric and AML services into reliable production workflows
  • Deploy, monitor and troubleshoot services in Docker and Kubernetes
  • Keep our services secure, observable, scalable and well documented

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years in software, platform, DevOps or integration engineering
  • Strong Node.js, Python or JavaScript, with hands-on REST API and webhook design
  • Terraform or another IaC framework; AWS, Azure or another major cloud
  • CI/CD (GitHub Actions or GitLab), Docker, ideally Kubernetes
  • Event-driven architectures, queues, databases and distributed systems
  • Practical experience integrating LLMs or AI services into production — prompt engineering, structured outputs, tool calling
  • Solid grasp of authentication, OAuth 2.0 / OIDC, API security, IAM, encryption and secrets management
  • KYC, AML, identity verification or fintech experience is an advantage, not a requirement

Senior Product Manager (f/m/d)Amsterdam / Remote · Product

Own products that decide whether onboarding succeeds or fails.

You own products and capabilities across the snapID platform — from strategy and discovery through delivery, launch and continuous improvement. You work at the intersection of customers, technology, compliance and business, and you'll shape our product direction rather than execute someone else's roadmap.

What you'll do

  • Define and evolve product vision and strategy for your areas of the platform
  • Translate market trends, customer needs and regulatory developments into clear opportunities
  • Run discovery directly with customers: interviews, workshops, prototypes, experiments
  • Own an outcome-driven roadmap and prioritise on value, impact, feasibility and regulation
  • Turn strategy into epics, stories and acceptance criteria alongside engineering
  • Identify where AI, automation and intelligent decisioning genuinely improve verification and compliance
  • Support sales, enterprise onboarding, demos and pilots where product expertise is needed
  • Define KPIs around adoption, conversion, verification success and revenue — and act on them

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years in product management, preferably SaaS, fintech, identity, payments, cybersecurity or compliance
  • Proven end-to-end ownership from discovery through delivery and optimisation
  • Strong B2B or enterprise customer-facing experience
  • Comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, data flows and architecture with engineers
  • Data-driven approach to decisions and KPI definition; agile delivery experience
  • Curiosity about KYC/AML, fraud prevention and RegTech — you don't need to be a compliance expert

Senior QA Engineer — AI & Identity Platform (f/m/d)Amsterdam / Remote · Engineering

Quality isn't a step at the end. It's built in from day one.

You ensure the reliability, security and performance of the snapID platform, working with engineers, product managers and AI engineers to design testing strategies across our APIs, verification workflows, integrations and AI-powered services. You won't just execute test cases — you'll design how quality is engineered here.

What you'll do

  • Design test strategies covering functional, integration, regression, performance and reliability testing
  • Build and maintain automated test suites in Python, integrated into our CI/CD pipelines
  • Test REST APIs, webhooks and event-driven integrations, including error handling, retries and edge cases
  • Help test AI-driven components: document verification, liveness, face matching, OCR, decisioning, fraud signals
  • Design and run performance and load tests; investigate failures through logs, metrics and traces
  • Support incident investigation and root-cause analysis
  • Build a culture of shared quality ownership across engineering

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years in QA, software testing or quality engineering, with strong automation experience
  • Hands-on Python; pytest, Playwright, Selenium or similar
  • Experience testing REST APIs and distributed systems
  • CI/CD, Git, Docker, ideally Kubernetes, AWS or Azure, SQL, message queues
  • Performance tooling such as k6 or Locust, plus observability and logging
  • Curiosity about testing probabilistic, data-driven and AI-assisted systems

Customer Success & Implementation Manager (f/m/d)Amsterdam / Remote · Commercial

You care about what happens after the contract is signed.

You own the customer journey from the first serious sales conversation through implementation, adoption and long-term growth. This is a commercial, customer-facing and hands-on role: customers shouldn't just buy snapID — they should implement it successfully and get measurable value from it.

What you'll do

  • Support sales and pre-sales: discovery calls, demos, technical sessions, solution concepts
  • Own onboarding and implementation — plans, milestones, stakeholders, timelines and success criteria
  • Guide customers through API integration, configuration, sandbox testing, UAT and go-live
  • Drive adoption after launch with regular check-ins, success reviews and health tracking
  • Spot churn risk early and build mitigation plans
  • Identify genuine upsell and expansion opportunities based on usage and outcomes
  • Be the voice of the customer towards product, and build our customer success playbook

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years in customer success, account management, implementation, solutions consulting or sales engineering
  • B2B SaaS, fintech, RegTech, identity or cybersecurity experience is a strong advantage
  • Track record managing customers through complex onboarding or implementation projects
  • Comfortable with REST APIs, webhooks, SDKs, sandbox vs. production and KYC/AML concepts — you don't need to be a developer
  • Strong project management skills and CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar)
  • Able to switch between a C-level business conversation and a technical implementation discussion
