1. Scope

This policy covers the processing of personal data on the website snapid.now. Data processing within the snapID verification platform on behalf of our clients is governed by separate data processing agreements, in which snapID acts as processor.

2. What we process on this website

• Server logs: IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent — processed to deliver the site securely and defend against abuse (legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are retained for a maximum of 14 days.
• Contact by email: when you email us, we process your address and message content to handle your enquiry (legal basis: pre-contractual measures or legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR).

3. What we deliberately don't do

This website sets no tracking cookies, uses no third-party analytics, and loads no resources from third-party servers — fonts and all assets are served from our own EU infrastructure.

4. Hosting

The site is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. All data is processed within the EU.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. Contact us at support@snapid.now. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
